Reinhard Artberg's work is shown in museums and galleries in Austria, in different countries and continents. International awards and accolades accompany the career. In 1996, he was included in the special stamp series "Moderne Kunst in Österreich" as the 22nd artist.
2015, Reinhard Artberg was awarded of the title Professor.
Since 2003 he lives in France, Japan, Italy and in his main residence in Austria.

Reinhard Artberg was a close friend of Friedensreich Hundertwasser since 1985 and got highly supported by him until the year 2000 he died.
